Writes Like a Girl is an Austin-based blog about style, self-love, and sisterhood. Through outfit posts, this blog explores the intersections between personal style, body image, and mental health. Other frequent features include monthly small goals, shopping and spending recaps, and advice on creative living. If you could use a dose of body positivity, sisterhood solidarity, or a ton of pretty midi skirts, you might want to stick around!
Nicole, the girl behind the blog, is a native Austinite and HSP who loves cats, fashion, pop culture, and intersectional feminism. Above all else, Nicole believes in Sisterhood, good hair days, and the power of the right outfit. By day, Nicole is the Executive Editor of Junebug Weddings, and by night, you can hear her on Breakfast for Dinner Podcast with her podcast co-host and partner in life, Dago. She is happiest when she is eating brunch or snuggling with her cat, #sweetcontessa.
You can hear more about why Nicole started Writes Like a Girl in this studio session with Lady ATX Magazine.
