Since my grown up goal this month is to get fit, I figured I’d share a few of my favorite jams to get active to. Each of these songs have caught me during a moment of weakness and put a little pep in my step to either start jogging or keep pushing.
Since I love to sing and dance everywhere I go, I’m using the same energizing songs in my work out routine. If it makes me want to fist pump in the car, it’ll probably make me run harder on the trail. So far, no song has gotten me as pumped up or ready to run as Holy Ground by Taylor Swift. Who would have thought my lanky blonde soul sista would produce such great pop jams for pushing til the end of the run?
